He was born in Paraná, Argentina. He is a lawyer specialized in environmental law. He is a member of the Argentine Association of Environmental Lawyers and the Action Collective for Ecosocial Justice (CAJE). In addition, the strategic litigation driven by environmental organizations, led him to integrate the Coordination of the Ríos Vivos Coalition and the Paraguay Paraná Wetlands System Alliance. He has three children and two corners of the world: Villa Urquiza, Entre Ríos and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
